SUCCESS!
After my auto accident I had constant neck and back pain.  My shoulders were extremely tight and I was unable to sit or stand for long periods of time.  Working was extremely difficult because of my constant pain.  I had been to a chiropractor before, but it was not a good experience.  I became very skeptical of chiropractic in general.  Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. Mark Rusnak.  When I first walked into the office I noticed the staff was extremely friendly.  I immediately felt at ease.  The doctors were very knowledgeable, friendly and caring.  They really made me feel like I had made a good decision.  A couple of days after my first adjustment I started to feel good again.  Once I had completed my treatment plan I realized I was back to me again!  My neck and back pain was gone, and it no longer affected my mood.  I’m no longer skeptical of chiropractic treatment.  If you are feeling pain or tension, definitely try chiropractic treatment.  Don’t let your fears or skepticism keep you from trying it out.  I truly believe I feel better because of Dr. Rusnak.  I highly recommend coming in for treatment.

I have been unfortunate in that I was “rear ended” 3 times within a 15 month period. During the 1st accident I had whiplash and the next 2 accidents made it even worse. As a result of this, I have regular chiropractic care. Dr. Ashley Rusnak is the 5th Chiropractor I have seen for my treatment and she will be my last. Her level of treatment has far surpassed any other doctor I have been to. In addition to the regular chiropractic adjustments, she has done a lot of rehabilitation through muscle treatments and neck exercises. She has also worked with me on a personalized nutritional plan. I would recommend her care for everyone!

I first started having excessive menstrual cramping and low back pain one month prior to seeing Dr. Ashley Rusnak. I had not had any care for this problem and I was just living with discomfort. Dr. Ashley Rusnak treated me with very professional and caring service.
Now, I have no pain and am also more flexible. Dr. Rusnak is very thorough and carefully lays out your treatment plan. I will continue to use her services as preventative care and will refer my friends and family members as well.

When I moved to San Diego I thought surfing would be simple for me... I would soon discover I was wrong. One day I took a nosedive directly into the ground. I landed head first and felt like my head might be pushed into my body. I stood up to realize I was only knee deep in water. It was pretty scary I thought I might be paralyzed or something. I was happy to discover nothing was wrong... or so I thought. I noticed for the next couple of weeks that I was having trouble turning my neck and sleeping. Normally I'm the type of person that lets things just "work themselves" out with time, I'm the last to seek a doctor or chiropractor. It took a lot of suffering before someone recomended Dr. Rusnak and I took their advice. I was very skeptical going in and so was even more amazed by the results. I immeadiately felt better and as I continued to visit Dr. Rusnak not only my neck felt 100% but everything else felt better as well. I came here to get my body moving. Thanks to Drs. Mark and Ashley Rusnak, my stomach and lower back are doing wonderful, and my legs don’t hurt anymore.
When I first came in I had water retention really bad. I am 65 years old and thought boy, if getting older is this bad, no thanks! I don’t want to be here!
